The event takes place at the library Los Mangos at Ave Francisco Villa 1001.
The 3 day event begins Friday afternoon with registration and presentation by Maria Jose Zorrilla at 6pm,followed by the keynote speaker Elizabeth Kadetsky talking on “The Literature of Reality.” Afterward there will be a reception with drinks,coffee and dessert.
Saturday begins at 9am with various seminars hosted by guest writers running all day. At 4:45,Marcos Villatoro will discuss his film,Tamale Road,a story of the pursuit of his grandmother’s recipe in El Salvador. Drinks and canapés will follow.
Sunday morning will see two more hours of activity at the library followed by a final presentation then conference grand finale will take place on Los Muertos Beach in front of Daiquiri Dick’s with book sales and signings,and a chance to mix and mingle.
